I think I would agree with all of Earl's.   Some of those countries I don't know about.

Let me add Thailand!   Thaksin Shinawat and the Thai-Rak-Thai party is ruining this country - and this is one of the last decent countries on the planet.  Horrible social conservative crackdown on prostitution.  I would vote for the Democrats (the older, more liberal party), or just wish for a military coup.  The military generally likes prostitutes.  Alas, a coup is unlikely, and the Democrats get like 1/3 of the vote anymore. Sad

How about the King, what are his stances? Any chance of a monarchist coup like in Iran? Note that I like the previous Iranian Prime Minister far more than the Shah, but considering what replaced him, I think the Shah is a great hero now. Of course I wouldn't supported his overthrow at the time, but I would've just made the same error as Jimmy Carter, lacking hindsight.

I believe the King of Thailand was always very good about tolerating the sex industry as well as military rule.  Certainly previous coups were reputed to have been given the King's tacit approval before they could go ahead.  He officially has no real power.

Man I wish there would be a military coup, but I fear that like so many aspects of the good old days of the 50's, 60's, and 70's, coups are long gone.  Now its all stinking democracy catering to the homegrown prudes, just like America or Saudi Arabia.
