Ignoring pre-20th Century candidates.

Democrats:
William Jennings Bryan-Barack Obama (Very hard to predict but I think his pacifism and economically populist views would have outweighed his social conservatism and any possible racism)
Alton B. Parker-Mitt Romney
Woodrow Wilson-Barack Obama (Again probably very reluctantly but Wilson "New Freedom" isn't dissimilar from DLC liberalism on economics and Obama's internationalism)
James Cox-Barack Obama (Seems to have been fairly liberal although hard to predict)
John W. Davis-Mitt Romney or Virgil Goode (Extremely conservative Democrat, considering his leanings may even vote Constitutionalist)
Al Smith-Mitt Romney (A fairly conservative Democrat considering his opposition to the New Deal)
Franklin D. Roosevelt-Barack Obama
Harry Truman-Barack Obama
Adlai Stevenson-Barack Obama
John F. Kennedy-Barack Obama
Lyndon B. Johnson-Barack Obama
Hubert H. Humphrey-Barack Obama
George McGovern-Rocky Anderson (Probably very critical of Obama on civil liberties and economics)

Considering all nominees from Jimmy Carter onwards are alive and remain Democrat, we can be fairly certain they all voted for Obama.

Republicans:
William McKinley-Mitt Romney
Theodore Roosevelt-Barack Obama (Depends on whether we mean the relatively moderately reformist Roosevelt when he was President or the borderline radical he ran as in 1912, but most of his non-foreign policy views would have been absolute anathema to modern Republicans)
William Howard Taft-Mitt Romney
Charles Evan Hughes-Mitt Romney
Warren G. Harding-Mitt Romney (Not entirely dissimilar individuals)
Calvin Coolidge-Mitt Romney
Herbert Hoover-Mitt Romney
Alf Landon-Mitt Romney (Seems to have been fairly moderate, could have gone either way IMO)
Wendell Willkie-Barack Obama (Considering he was a New Deal Democrat and admired FDR up until the right before 1940 and remained fairly liberal even afterwards, he'd probably be supportive of a moderate Democrat like Obama)
Thomas Dewey-Mitt Romney (Like Landon could go either way really)
Dwight Eisenhower-Mitt Romney (Probably would be very put off by Republican conservatism like Landon and Dewey)
Richard Nixon-Barack Obama (This judgement of mine is more artistic than actual, but Tricky Dick probably would see more than a little of himself, albeit without the cynicism and paranoia, in Barack Obama)
Barry Goldwater-Barack Obama (Hard to say considering his fiscal conservatism but also his hawkishness and contempt for the Religious Right.)
Gerald Ford-Mitt Romney
Ronald Reagan-Mitt Romney

From Bush Sr. on see what I wrote above for Democrats

Notable Third Party Candidates:
Eugene V. Debs-Rocky Anderson or write-in some obscure socialist party
Robert LaFollette-Rocky Anderson (Obviously not voting for Romney and probably would be put off by Obama's centrism and hawkish foreign policy)
Norman Thomas-Rocky Anderson
Henry Wallace-Rocky Anderson
Strom Thurmond-Virgil Goode (Probably would vote Romney if its his later self)
George Wallace-Write-in (Would endorse Obama if its his later self)
John Anderson-Rocky Anderson (Actually helped found Justice Party)
Ross Perot-Mitt Romney (Actually endorsed Romney)

You forgot Barry Goldwater! HOW DID YOU FORGET GOLDWATER! JUST WHY?!? He would've voted for Obama because of the Tea Party- socon BS he loathed

He would've voted for McCain first, but not Romney. Hell I'm pretty sure Dole is the final GOP candidate Goldwater wouldn't be against.

Eisenhower and Nixon would've voted for Obama for sure.
