Individual cops are okay I guess, but I actually find that Local/County cops are worse than state cops in my area. Tulsa County has a notably corrupt police department, which is why I broke my usually Democratic voting record in this state to back Dewey Bartlett for Tulsa Mayor.

Berkeley Police are mostly harmless

Had no issues with California.

The Feds....given the workings of the CIA....HP to the max.
