That I don't know, States, as I've never heard your attorney say anything.  :-)

Since the report was from a state agency so nobody's attorney said anything about the abuse.  Are you suggesting that Jeb Bush beats his wife?

The types of fractures are not consistent with a beating, as they are compression fractures.  The can occur with osteoporosis or with some some light trauma, like falling and getting CPR.

The autopsy will be part two; they might have tested for bone brittleness and calcium levels.
