Seriously though, probably instant runoff voting.

Add that one plus:
- Increase minimum wage to New Jersey's $7.05
- Full service gas pumps
- All students with at least a 'B' average get their college tuition paid for at state universities
- Repeal of parental notification laws for abortion
- Increased Planned Parenthood funding (Raise PA's dismal NARAL rating from an F to an A!)
- Gay marriage if not then civil unions
- Funding for stem cell research
