It's not an internal poll.

A poll by Progress Michigan? Even IF it's not TECHNICALLY an internal, surely it needs to be carried with a grain of salt, right? Surely you wouldn't blindly accept a poll by Crossroads America showing a tie race?

It's kind of a different dynamic when an internal says the same thing that every other public poll says.
