NC-Harper (R): Tillis in charge

Between this and PPP/CFAP, this is looking like a dead-heat.

Hagan's pretty much had the lead in every poll except Republican-leaning polling outfits.

The poling suggests that the race is narrowing further, but you'd have to give Hagan the edge. Much like in Iowa with Ernst, there's a slight, but persistent lead for the incumbent Democrat from North Carolina.
