Hagan's pretty much had the lead in every poll except Republican-leaning polling outfits.

The poling suggests that the race is narrowing further, but you'd have to give Hagan the edge. Much like in Iowa with Ernst, there's a slight, but persistent lead for the incumbent Democrat from North Carolina.

I'd agree with that.

Harper has shown Wehby leading in Oregon, JUNK POLL!

The fact that they've shown a bad result in one state doesn't prove that it's a junk poll. It makes it more suspect, but it's not concrete evidence.
