No.

The only two candidates that might have been better than Grimes would be Steve Beshear (yes, I know what happened in '96, but that was long before Beshear became governor) and Daniel Mongiardo.

The problem isn't a candidate, it's that Kentucky is so far right of the country it's a non-competitive state. Hillary will be targeting VA, NC, FL and even GA but forget the rest of the south.

Yeah, Kentucky's governor is so conservative!
