Governor Sawx,

I have offered my resignation as a member of the Assembly. I as such ask that "Winfield", also known as "Lincoln Republican," is appointed in my place.

With thanks,

After examining all possible candidates that expressed their interest, I am appointing dallasfan65 to the Assembly to serve rpryor's term. While Winfield is a very qualified individual in his own right and I admire his commitment to the Northeast, dallasfan is a smidge more similar to rpryor, and has also proven that he will be an active representative of the people.

Nice move Mr. Northeast Governor, taking your marching orders from the Governor of the South instead of listening to members of the Northeast Assembly.

But, whatever.

An appointment to the assembly for a month and a half is quite long. As I sais when this change was proposed I prefer the voters decide who will represent them.

But, whatever.

Yes, the same Northeast Assembly that my pick for his seat served in, a former governor of the Northeast, and someone who was also recommended by private citizens of the Northeast in my discussions with them. In fact, during this process, I clearly offered my confidences to you, and I would have appointed you over anyone who wasn't dallasfan (who for the record is closer to you than me on that issue) or Matt from VT.

The Northeast is dominated by an anything goes mentality, and that is the agenda of Dallasfan, so to fit in with the dominant group you picked the right individual.

Myself, I would work to clean up this mess, but, whatever.

The Northeast Assembly has turned the Northeast into a region where incest, of all things, is now legal.

The Northeast Assembly has turned a whole generation of sixteen year olds into a generation of drug addicts and pot heads.

The Northeast Assembly has made it now legal for some no good husband to blatantly cheat on his wife, while she sits home with the kids, with no financial support  to pay the rent or buy food  for her and the kids, from the reprobate husband who says, it's OK, it's legal.

The Northeast Assembly has now turned a whole generation of sixteen year olds into future alcoholics.

The Northeast Assembly has caused numerous deaths and thousands of deaths in the future by allowing drivers in the Northeast to drive while distracted.

The Northeast Assembly has addicted a whole generation of sixteen year olds to nicotine and tobacco, causing lung cancer and an early death to thousands of people in the Northeast.

The Northeast Assembly has made it legal for a couple of perverts to have sexual relations in a car while parked in a driveway or a shopping center parking lot where it will be witnessed by hundreds of people, including young children.

The Northeast Assembly will be responsible for the deaths of thousands of people in the Northeast by allowing open alcoholic beverages in automobiles.

The Northeast Assembly has made it legal for fourteen year olds to possess pornography, thus instilling in young minds ideas and behavior for committing violence against, mainly, women.

Not to worry  though, it's only a game.

My friend, not to belabor the point, you, as Governor, have the right to appoint who you like, and you chose the one closest to your views and philosophy, as you have just stated.

I can only surmise that all those Northeast citizens you discussed this matter with as well share these same views.

Down with diversity.

So let it be written, so let it be done.

Well, yours too, if your opinion is what that gif up there says. Dallasfan was a great governor and I think he'll do a great job in the Assembly Smiley

This bill has already expired, and has been in limbo for a while. Since there has been no interest in renewing it, it should probably be taken off the books.

Like I said, power to the people.  The Stop Weekly Special Elections Act did have some unforeseen consequences, and since I helped create it, I felt that it was my responsibility to fix it. While it did solve the problem of revolving special elections, it essentially allows the governor to shape the Assembly however he likes. That's a lot of power - so much power that I'm signing it away to the people. After all, it's your Assembly, not mine.

Both of these bills are common-sense - campus sexual assault is a plague that must be stopped, and my administration will do everything in its power to make sure that universities are doing their part to stop it.

With much regret, pursuant to Article 2, Section 8 of the Northeast Constitution, I have no choice but to expel Representative Napoleon from the Assembly for inactivity.

Excuse my absence today - I've apparently missed a lot of important things Friday. I've been busy with final exams and traveling, so I should be back now. Fixing them and responding as we speak.

I'm a fan of this bill. The ridesharing/P2P room booking industries are burgeoning industries that deserve their chances to compete in the free market.

With much regret, pursuant to Article 2, Section 8 of the Northeast Constitution, I have no choice but to expel Representative Napoleon from the Assembly for inactivity. Normally I would be more lenient, since this is the holiday season, but considering he was last active yesterday at 2 PM, I have no choice but to interpret this as gross inactivity.
