This is a very sensible and thoughtful bill, and I do fully support this. Sorry for not saying anymore, but I like the content of the bill, and it's a bit late to now start arguing about it for me, so I'll just leave it that way.

Nay for the issues I stated in my initial post in this thread. If there are serious environmental/biological crises in Atlasia, we should discuss how to address each of them specifically, rather than simply handing out funds for vague purposes.

It seems the change in Senate leadership left this legislation in limbo - it's just been sitting here for three days. Acting on my authority as Vice President under Article II, Section 2 of the Senate Rules, Regulations, and Procedures, I declare that this bill has passed by a 7-2 vote and is now presented to the President for his signature or veto.
