Not really. It seems consistent with the rest of the unaffiliated polls, and the fact that people are taking a poll from Louisiana that doesn't show Landrieu being completely slaughtered, just defeated as good news shows desperation and denial on the Democrats' part. It should also be noted that the jungle is tied which is HUGE and shows that Landrieu is quickly losing momentum, not gaining it in the slightest.

Democrats are deluded because the runnoff poll is within the margin of error? 'Shame on them.

Where do you get this idea that Landrieu is 'quickly losing momemtum'? Most of the last handful of primary polls shows Landrieu only up a few points. Having this at a tie wouldn't be necessarily suggest she's losing momentum.

He thinks that because Maness is losing support to Cassidy (which was always going to happen), it means Landrieu is losing support.

Because one party's pollsters have excellent track records and are actual polling firms, while the other party was so incensed by 2012 polling showing bad results for them that they literally started making up numbers. Oh, and PPP > some joke n00b R firm, duh.
