She's a good candidate running in the wrong district. One of my friends works on her campaign, and they're doing a decent job so far, but she's too conservative for Kuster's district (never mind that her opponent is an incredible fundraiser who won in even 2010). Garcia would be beating Shea-Porter and running a competitive race with Shaheen, but against Kuster, the most I see her doing is matching Bass's numbers.
