I think a lot of voters here are just mad at O'Malley for a slew of reasons and they're going to get back at him by voting for Hogan.

Romney was well-known as a terrible person. Hogan hasn't been as fully exposed as Romney.

Anthony Brown is also a terrible campaigner.
