Seeing as these are "first hundred days" measures and that the economic crisis is the main emergency, I'll limit myself to economic measures.

1. Establish a universal minimum income of $1000 per adult per month (everyone making less than that will be provided with the resources to reach that level).
2. Take the first steps towards establishing a public (and free) health service inspired on the British system, to be fully operational within the end of my term.
3. Create public work programs to modernize infrastructures.
4. Subsidize private companies that make investments, while penalizing those who distribute dividends.
5. Create tight regulations for the financial system, including a return to Glass-Steagall.
6. Raise the minimum wage to $10 immediately, and gradually to $15 by the end of my term - then index it to inflation.
7. Establish a minimum monthly salary of $1,500.
8. Raise the income tax to a 75% top marginal rate, and eliminate loopholes.
9. Create an inheritance tax with a top marginal rate of 100%.
10. Depending on the deficit's levels, consider cuts to corporate and sales taxes.
11. Repeal Taft-Hartley, make it possible for any employee anywhere to form unions.
12. Mandate the presence of labor representatives in the administrative board of any business with over 50 employees.
13. Establish 25 days per year of paid leave for all employees - the cost will initially be taken up by the federal government, but will gradually be shifted to businesses.
14. Raise the wages of most public employees, especially teachers.
15. Start negotiations with other developed nations in order to form an economic union, with converging tax, welfare and budgetary policies.

1. Complete reformation of the existing structure of government in the United States including the current archaic state boundaries with one that simulteneously strengthens the federal government's functions and establishes a single governing authority for metropolitan areas and replace the Presidential system with a Parliamentary system.

2. Similarly the change the methods of election. Reform the Senate to reduce its powers while transforming the House of Representatives to be based on a Mixed-Member Proportional system of election. Ban any and all private funding of elections.

3. Tax reform: eliminate most loopholes/deductions while raising the estate and income taxes along with equalizing capital gains tax rates with income tax rates. Possibly cut the corporate tax rate as an offset.

4. Implement Universal Health Care legislation based on the German multi-payer model.

5. Raise the minimum wage to 12 dollars, with adjustments for local cost of living and tie it to inflation. Give other rights to workers such as guaranteed vacation time, parental leave, and sick time.

6. Implement a minimum income scheme

7. Repeal Taft-Hartley and encourage a German corporatist model of business-labour-government cooperation in the economy

8. Greatly change existing urban and environmental policy through the implementation of a hybrid infrastructure-energy bill. Encourage high-density urban residential construction over sprawl through regulations and subsidies, offer incentives for middle-class families to move back into inner cities, massively expand existing mass transit systems, construct a national high speed rail system, embark on a programme of nuclear power plant construction to double America's nuclear capacity at least, expand research funding into alternative non-Fossil Fuel sources. Similarly expand funding for other scientific research

9. Implement a Finnish educational model with greatly expanded and equalized public education funding and private schools forbidden to charge tuition and only permitted to admit students on the same basis as public schools. Free pre-K and daycare along with free college/grad school dependent upon grades.

10. Revive the WPA, CCC, and other Depression-era government make-work programs especially in the arts. As the Internet and information technology generally makes creating works of art/literature and keeping their copyright much less profitable, it will be more and more necessary for the creation of culture to move beyond the profit model. Of course, only good art should be funded especially with regards to television shows to counter much of the degenerate crap produced on the private channels.

11. Implement stricter banking and financial regulation including restoring Glass-Steagall, increasing punishments for white-collar crime, and a bank tax on "too big to fail" banks. Break the stranglehold of the FIRE sector on the economy.

12. Ban abortion at all stages with an exemption for the preservation of the mother's life

13. End the War on Drugs-legalize marijuana and other soft drugs while decriminalizing possessing harder drugs. Uniform regulation of alcohol, tobacco, and softer drugs

14. Fundamental reform of civil liberties legislation by looking at and abolishing all aspects of the PATRIOT Act and other post 9/11 legislation that are clearly unconstitutional and/or unnecessary. Similarly restrict wiretapping programs. Implement a National ID Card.

15. Create the nucleus of a world government in the form of an economic and political union of the advanced Western liberal democracies with a common currency, fiscal policy, foreign policy, and military. Permit free trade and migration within this union. Give developing democracies such as India and Brazil associate membership and build them as "Arsenals of Democracy" with favourable trade agreements and immigration laws for those countries.

Well I borrow elements from the left and the right.

1.The adoption of profit sharing in large industries.
2.A adoption of a federal flat tax rate of (10-15%).
3.Cutting corporate subsides in order to put more money into construction and jobs and the re vitiliization and insutralization of America through a public-private partnership with the government.
4.Deportation of all illegal immigrants.
5.Repeal of all free trade laws. Fair trade only.
6.A end to all nation buildiing (but continued support of Israel).
7.Strongly supporting and promoting small and medium size businesses.
8.Punishing companies that hire illegals severley.
9.A ban on all current immigration.
10.Expanded usage of capital punishment.

1. Begin with the gradual transfer of oil subsides and tax breaks to renewable energy corporations.
2. Social Security reform that would have my generation plan with privatized accounts.
3. Rework the medical industry with a series of regulations that will promote price transparency, equitable doctor pay, and equitable patient treatment in regard to finances.
4. Produce a temporary tax raise on the upper bracket that leads to a reworking of the entire tax code.
5. Abolish the federal minimum wage, but force states to model theirs on the living wage in their state scaled to inflation each two years.
6. Continue to promote free trade with all nations.
7. Give amnesty to all illegal immigrants whilst bolstering against future illegal immigration.
8. Governments nationalize the broadband internet lines and make them a free service. The government implanted fiber lines will be leased to companies.
9. A massive infrastructure plan to convert our power to renewables and other things like roads and highways.
10. End the War on Drugs
11. A trust busting campaign focused on corporations like Comcast. It would be almost entirely focused in media.
12. Massive university reform to cut waste from university and reduce college costs. Offer former students debt forgiveness on the difference on their loans.
13. Massive K-12 educational reforms taking policies from the Finnish, German, and Asian countries.
14. Replace welfare with basic income.
15. Enact a progressive budget plan that will reduce the deficit consistently with about a $100-200 billion dollar surplus. (targets waste in the defense budget and other areas)

The budget plan may have to start earning a few years after these other laws are enacted, but the energy, war on drugs, basic income, tax increases, and free trade policies will all produce great amounts of revenue.
