Great example of why I don't see how people can call The Obamanation the worst poster. Not that he's high quality or anything and often says things that are extremely stupid and/or messed up, but he's occasionally amusing. NYE on the other hand, even when he's not in human RSS feed mode, contributes nothing, I don't think I've ever seen him make a post longer than 2-3 sentences (except for his timeline which is something completely different) and often posts things so ignorant or idiotic it stuns me even by Atlas standards. Example being claiming that e-cigs should be banned since if people want to smoke they might as well just smoke a real cigarette anyway...even though e-cigs in fact have far less carcinogens and toxic chemicals as real cigarettes. By far the poster with the highest facepalm:posts rate.

So yeah. Had to say it.

New York Express doesn't evince any sort of individual person's perspective.  It doesn't seem like a person is calling upon what they think and then typing it out.  It's rather like someone is thinking, "this is something a person might say" or "this sentence could be an opinion that a person might have!"

So, to be fair, New York Express might be someone's computer program or robot or clockwork automaton.

Yeah, it has been noted before that he would fail the Turing Test (and not the only Atlas poster who would)

http://www.cnn.com/2014/09/27/politics/ted-cruz-values-voter-straw-poll/

It's deja vu for talking heads, as Senator Ted Cruz (TX) won the influential Values Voters Summit in Washington, though by a vastly smaller margin over Neurosurgeon Ben Carson. Mike Huckabee and Rick Santorum rounded out the top four, with Bobby Jindal and Rand Paul finishing tied for fifth.

The Vice-Presidential poll, showed similar results with Carson in first and Cruz in second. Jindal meanwhile surprised observers by taking third, while Michelle Bachmann took fourth, and Rick Santorum finished in fifth.

Who (if anyone) emerged as winners following cattle call, and who ended up as losers?

There's no way a human typed that.

What do you think is worse, the RSS feed posts or his appalling What-if timeline?

Seems like NewYorkExpress is getting snippy with our joke.  Do you really think we don't think humans can type?

NYE Currently endorsing: BOTH Tea Party lunatic Mia Love and Senator Al Franken.  How does someone go about explaining that?

I do appreciate candidates that would make history, such as Love's election would. (Of course if Matheson if were running, I would have endorsed him instead)

The NewYorkExpress advanced preferences algorithm ensures a eclectic array of Congressional endorsements to better mirror human behavior.

I'll say it again: I've never really understood the hate-fest for either of these people. They both strike me as relatively innocuous posters who at worst, regurgitate ideas/topics from other places (NYE) or who say some mildly-irritating things (Obamanation), the both of which could easily apply to a lot of other posters here.
