Interestingly, there's a second independent at 8%.  This is a fun race to watch.

Howie is basically the tea-party candidate.  How epic would it be if we hold the Senate because tea-partiers cost the Republicans this seat?

I'm pretty sure this is an internal poll. It shouldn't be in the database.

Dave added two similar polls earlier this year.

Do you know which ones ?

I have now removed all internal PPP polls for SD from the database.

Dave in fact added 2 of them in the past, so I removed them as well.

I think he didn't recognize that they were internals.

It isn't just PPP showing Rounds doing horribly though. The two most recent polls have Rounds under 40%.
