Why did NE NJ have a hard swing to Obama in 2012?  I am referring to Hudson County and Bergen County.  Was it due to a swing to Obama by whites caused by Sandy?  , a depressed white turnout and a big turnout among minorities?
Result of approval of Obama's handling of the hurricane, and a longer amount of time for voters to turn out (voting was extended through Friday)
