I guess this one's pretty straightforward.
We've made much progress as a nation with regard to marriage. I'm not talking about Atlasia's legalization of gay marriage or our own recognition of polygamy or incest, but rather, the modern and progressive advent of no-fault divorce laws.
However, outdated laws do not always catch up with the times, regardless of enforcement. For instance:

I think adultery is justifiable cause for divorce, but obviously there shouldn't be any extra penalties associated with it.
