The latest 2016 poll from Arkansas shows these match ups:

Hillary vs Huckabee:41-53 (R+12%)
Hillary vs Bush: 41-46 (R+5%)
Hillary vs Rand Paul: 43-45 (R+2%)
Hillary vs Cruz: 43-44 (R+1%)

Hillary vs Christie: 42-41 (D+1%)

Sounds right, Hillary does much better than Obama but not nearly enough to win the state. I expect something on the lines of 2004.

Yeah, Arkansas is obviously a Lean D state with Clinton.

Nobody ever said this.

Ignoring the Huckabee result since he's obviously not going to run much less win the nomination, these numbers are great for Hillary. Since it's among 2014 likely voters which will be more Republican than the 2016 electorate, it's likely that she's actually leading everyone except perhaps Bush.

Yup, toss-up with 2016 likely voters. Clinton will be focusing a lot of her energy on states like Arkansas, Missouri, Georgia, Arizona and Louisiana, after putting away the more traditional swing states early.
