I wish someone could beat Markey, but he won't be losing this year. Maybe six years from now, when Senator Scott Brown decides, f it, I'm running in Massachusetts again.

Something tells me Brown probably spoiled a lot of his good will in MA by carpetbagging to NH and becoming severely conservative. He would've had a better chance of beating Markey this year (and certainly in the special election) than he currently does of beating Shaheen.
