Coakley 39
Baker 36

Looks like Martha the Magnificent is ready to prove her haters wrong and earn her redemption!
(Yes, I know a 3 point lead is underwhelming, but considering their last outlier poll had Baker ahead which made everyone assume Coakley would lose again, it is still worthy of celebration)

Once the RGA and national Republican groups start actually spending here, Coakley will get crushed, especially if she's only at 39 now.

Don't worry, Coakley still has the master losing skills in her.

Baker has lost ground from the last poll, he was up 1% last time. Coakley was up 9% in another poll. I doubt she'll lose, just because she lost the Senate race, does not guarantee she'll lose this one.

Way too many undecideds and they're Democratic-leaning. Coakley by high single digits.

It's strange that any time anything about this race is posted, there is a chorus of "Coakley will lose again" posts. Yet on the predictions page, only 4/145 people have Baker winning.

And yet she'll surely find a way to prove 141 people wrong.

I wish that Baker wins, but as always, I am skeptical. I can only hope the Boston Globe continues to show this race within the margin of error, at least.
