As a man, Hoover.
As a (potential) president, Willkie.

He was more of a womanizer than Bill Clinton, JFK, or Harding.

I'm not very good looking, so I envy those who are womanizers, and can actually get them to like them in return. I feel it's wrong though.

Willkie may have been a womanizer, an internationalist, and a former Democrat (I don't see anything wrong with the last two!) - but he brought millions back to the Republican Party.  He did quite respectfully in the Popular Vote, carrying states that hadn't voted Republican in years.

I also picked Willkie because his personality resembled mine. Wise-cracking and friendly. Make no mistake though. I'd still vote for the Master Politician.

Wilkie would work for FDR durring WWII as a recruiter and organizer.

But FDR was so mean to Herbert Hoover that, despite Hoover's great work durring WWI with food conservation, FDR said, "I am not Christ, I can not ressurect the dead."
