Obama approval rating will not be the same throughout the country WI is a blue state not unusual his approvals would be higher there same as MN.

SUSA has him at 38% approval in Minnesota. He's not better off in Wisconsin than Minnesota. WAA is a junk poll and a bunch of red avvies are hypocrites for saying otherwise.

I agree with you that WAA is a junk pollster, but the national polls are pretty consistent that Obama has a 40-42% approval rating nationally. It wouldn't make any sense to be doing worse in MN/WI than nationally, and he should be doing a tad better in those states.

Meh, its decent. It had Dayton winning by 1 in 2010, Obama by 11 and Klobuchar by 30 for 2012.

Maybe its improved a bit in recent years, because it had something like McCain 1 in 08.

This exactly, I don't see how this is that hard to understand.
