What's funny is that Ken Cuccinelli signed it as "Ken Cuccinelli II" - which made me think this was someone else, or someone trying to be him. Tongue

Perhaps it's to make him sound way more stately than he actually is. But you do have a point; at least if I were him, I'd try to obscure my identity as much as possible.

Normally politicians drop the initial/Roman Numeral in order to sound less pretentious; like K. Mark Takai in Hawaii as he used to be known.
