Clarity Campaign Labs, July 16-23, 2014:
Rounds: 34%
Weiland: 24%
Pressler: 10%
Howie: 3%
(https://twitter.com/DKElections/status/494597760952193025)

PPP for "People for Weiland", August 12-13, 2014:
Rounds: 39%
Weiland: 31%
Pressler: 16%
Howie: 5%
(http://www.publicpolicypolling.com/main/2014/08/rounds-still-under-40-in-south-dakota-senate-race-weiland-more-popular.html)

When your own internals put you behind by high single digits to low double digits, it's pretty bad. Enough said.

If the Democrats win South Dakota, I'm going to laugh so hard at the GOP.

The DSCC and Majority PAC should just run a ton of ads for Pressler.

Agreed. At this point, Weiland should just drop out and endorse Pressler. Have all Dem support go to him.

Rounds may be battling Cory Booker for biggest paper tiger. He should be breaking 50% easily considering his some dude opponent.

Pressler is a serious competitor. Or he would be breakin 50%.

Rounds is also considered to be pretty corrupt, so that's probably why.

Yeah.  Besides, 3rd party candidates muck everything up when it comes to percents.  Clinton didn't even get 50% in 1996, even though he clearly won quite handily.
