1. Well, let's see, you've got him next to a picture of the Pope.

2. The fact that you are being so defensive about this rather than realizing it is pretty much in jest.

1) Ok a lot of members have a picture or pictures of people they admire in politics.

2) Some people really believe I am totally obsessed with him. I just would like it cleared up.

The fact that you always try to defend someone who thinks the government should poke its head around in the privite bedrooms of consenting adults and say he isn't an extremist.  Forget the whole gay marriage or civil unions issue hell or even a gay issue.  The guy thinks the government should have the right to determine what a consnsual adult couple can do in the bedroom.  That is rather extreme

Please don't argue that any senator who voted nay on the Partial Birth Abortion Ban is anything but a raging far lefty. Both are extremes.

I think Smash is correct on this point...IIRC, there was no provision for mother's health.

Health, so what is health. Stomac craps, bloating, fever, contractions. Anything that would kill her was covered under the death clause.

There are no far lefty Senators.  Only center-left (a few Democrats), center-right(most Democrats and a few Republicans - ex. Chaffee), and far-right(most Republicans).

I figured out you idolized him when you said you where building a golden statue of him to place on an altar shaped like Pennsylvania and planned on offering him blood sacrifices of liberals from PA-13 so that your state would run red with blood and appear that way on maps on election night 2008 when he is elected President and ushers in a thousand years of peace.

But that's just me.

Now THIS is hilarious! Cheesy

what he probably meant is that Giuliani opposes the ban, so he'd be a raging far lefty by your definition.

3.  can angus go 24 hours without mentioning some wine he bought at wal-mart?

I have discovered Alabama, my friend.  And it's only seven miles away.  Cheaper wine.  cheaper gasoline.  cheaper weed.  I shall from now on, only be mentioning the wines I get at Publix Supermarket.  For example, remember the Kangaroo Ridge Merlot which, from Wal-Mart is $6.99?  Well, at Publix it's $5.99.  But alas, this weekend was a vodka and bangladeshi food weekend, and my head still aches.  Anon!

I must say the thought of driving across states like Mississippi and Alabama with illegal drugs in the car, or in fact at all, is a terrifying one.  Good luck old man!

Or it's the fact that I'm defending someone I admire. I guess we can't admire certain elected officials anymore.

I won't turn this into an issue of whether or not he's an extremist. You clearly have a hard time sticking to the topic.

Anyway, I don't have credibility problems, so I don't have to post proof.
