What's the difference?  Porn is advocating sexual hedonism, which is clearly an idea.  It is an integral part of realizing that ideal in the real world.  It is a Political Movement.

I'm afraid you're being the idiot, and either misunderstanding or misrepresenting 'my logic'.  Speech is merely a depiction of something in art - porn is a great example.  Shooting is the 'real thing'.

But Porn is protected by free speech.

As is child porn, at least if it is a story or a cartoon.  Live actors of course would be a different story under the current law.  However court cases have established that making porn which appears to be about children is protected under the first amendement right as long as the actors are over 18, striking down Congress's 1995 attempt to muzzle speech:
