Most populous Romney county: Maricopa, Arizona, though Harris, Texas certainly was close.

Least populous Obama county: Technically it would be the newly established Kalawao, Hawaii, but otherwise would be Yakutat, Alaska (city/bourough connecting the southeast panhandle to mainland). The smallest Obama county we can see on an election map is San Juan, Colorado.
