1) Dennis Kucinich (1997-2013)
2) Marcy Kaptur (2013-present)

3) Martin Hoke (1994-1997)

It's a tough call between Kucinich and Kaptur. I feel Kaptur has come true on her promise that she would represent and visit us to her utmost potential and not end up centering around just the Toledo-Sandusky-Elyria area. Kucinich was remarkable to our district to though like supporting our MetroParks. He's grown up in Cleveland his whole life and his congressional career (and office) was centered around Cleveland.

The other problem in deciding is among their one differing issue, foreign policy, I do agree with Kaptur that we should send military aid to the Ukraine, but I also strongly supported the Kucinich's 2007 Iraqi evacuation and his other anti-war policies. So I guess it comes down to views on Afghanistan and side issues on amnesty for children of illegal immigrants, abortion, gun control, and Dodd-Frank, in which case, Kucinich all the way. Kaptur just needs some more time getting used to.

As for Hoke, he was just a controversial, conservative buffoon. He once considered dating two female Congresswomen and had his infamous "TV moment" that did him in, in 1996 (along with the district's heavy Democratic nature).

Holy crap, I didn't realize how bad I had it:

1) Bob Livingston
2) Robert Pittenger
3) Sue Myrick
4) Bill Cassidy
5) David Vitter

There's not a lot of space between Livingston and Vitter; they're all almost interchangeable.

1. Mike Doyle (Closest to my own views)
2. Frank Mascara (Not as close to my views, but best local issues Rep. I've ever had)
3. Joseph Gaydos (Rep. when I was a small child. Don't remember much of him, but has a good reputation here)
4. John Murtha (Honestly never cared for him, but he was preferable to the other two on here)
5. Austin Murphy (Corrupt, but at least he was local)
6. Bill Shuster (Gerrymandered into his district. Doubt he'd know where the hell Monongahela is considering he's from out closer to Gettysburg. Does nothing for our area at all)

3) John Manley (1988-2004)

No idea: Jean-Robert Gauthier (I was 2 when he left office). Probably better than McGuinty or Manley.
