1.  national right to work law
2.  a bill that would recognize gay marriage.
3.  a bill that would abloish the death penalty on the federal level, and encourage states to do the same.

Okay, well here's what I'd push for:

1. Tax Reform Act
abolish income tax returns; have companies withhold a set percentage of each worker's income, but remove cap; make Social Security a safety net (kill off benefits for wealthy retirees); abolish IRS (payroll tax collected by states; new, small and more efficient Excise Tax Bureau for collecting excise taxes)

2. State Sovereignty Act
remove all restrictions on state grants; repeal federal gun control and drug laws

3. Will of the People Act
require each state to enact approval voting for federal House and Senate elections by 2010
