So when Rassy shows a close race, it isnt dominating but when an Indy poll shows a GOP dominance it is taking seriously. Quinn is in the exact same spot against Brady. But the Dem dominance in the state legislature will end.

Do you think Republicans will win the legislature?  The Dem majorities there look pretty robust.

I said dominance. But GOP will be looking to add 3-6 Senate seats and a turnover may be imminent in 2016.

Why would there be a turnover in 2016, of all cycles? Huh

I know nothing of IL politics, but I would assume that Democrats sort of have built-in majorities for both chambers in Cook County as well as the smaller, liberal cities downstate.  Is that not true?
