Brannon can't win a run-off.  That lawsuit will be his albatross.  I'm surprised Tillis hasn't run TV ads against him about it.

Tillis is exactly at 40, but as PPP mentions in their write up, he has some cushion due to the undecideds. I think he'll narrowly avoid a run off, unfortunately.
