The rapid decline in unemployment here in South Carolina has scuttled what little hope Sheheen had of beating Haley this year.  Still some atrocious levels of unemployment in the I-95 corridor, but that's been the case for decades.  The poor levels near Charlotte are also typical unfortunately, tho not as severe as the I-95 corridor.
