Still proves it's safe when even Harper has Merkley leading by high singles, but those low name ID recognition numbers aren't good for Conger considering the more he becomes known, the more unpopular he'll be since he's Tea Party, anti-Obamacare and socially conservative. Not that she stood a chance in the first place, but Wheby is too conservative to win either.

This would probably be considered Conger's ceiling though and yeah, junk, biased poll.
