To Italy:
From Austria-Hungary:

I would wish to enter into agreements to reform our alliance and make it strong once again. Trieste could be on the table, if you want.

To Great Britain:
From Austria-Hungary:

We are interested in your entering into our alliance, but we must hear from the other countries  We could even help with the Boer War to defeat the guerrillas in Africa.

To United States:
From Austria-Hungary:

We would like to start an economic and diplomatic alliance with your country. We can also work side-by-side to stop the anarchism and terrorism in your country.

To the German Empire:
From Austria-Hungary:

We are interested and are willing to build on the Triple Alliance.

I am actually thinking of trading Trieste for something. It is imparitive on the informality of this, but I think that a different city or a monetary equivalent could do. But the military right of way still stands.

Domestic Policy:

Start bringing in social reform. Start with worker and workplace cleanliness and safety. As well as household and public buildings.

Start preparing for building canals and man-made lakes and ports.

(Military info via PM, Limune, just an FYI. Smiley )

To Great Britain:
From Austria-Hungary:

We graciously accept your proposed entrance into the *Triple Alliance.

*as with Japan

To United States:

We would like to start an economic alliance with your country. We could also help with fighting socialist uprisings in your country, as ours has gone through about the same as yours.

To Japan:
From Austria-Hungary:

We would be interested in strengthening our alliance, and to make an economic union with your nation.

Domestic Policy:

Start focusing on Hungarians, Serbs, Croatians, and other minorities. Make sure their living space and workplaces are adequate. Make certain that they have as equal living and quality as Austrians and other racial majorities do in Austria-Hungary.

Basically, bring back the 'Hungary' in Austria-Hungary.

Build key canals and aqueducts and other key water-based works. Continue the reforestation and keep on building key waterworks.

Make it a requirement that in the military that those who can speak Austrian and the language of the minorities in the military, to teach the ones who do not know the language; and use it in formal orders. They can, however when speaking informally, or when not having direct orders, speak their natural language. Also, it shall be encouraged that the language of minorities in the military to teach their language to their superiorities that do not know what the language the minorities speak of.

Military orders:

Invade Macedonia and Albania and annex them as part of Austria-Hungary

Foreign Policy:
To Russian Empire:
From Austria-Hungary:

Austria-Hungary would like to sign a nonaggression pact between our two nations.

To United Kingdom
From Austria-Hungary:

Austria-Hungary would like to sign a nonaggression pact between our two nations.

Invade Macedonia and Albania and annex them as part of Austria-Hungary

Is this a declaration of war on me, the Ottomans, or neither as Albania isn't independent yet?

Sorry, the Ottoman providence of Albania and Macedonia... Tongue

To The Ottoman Empire:
From Austria-Hungary:

We deeply regret our war with your nation. We wish to enter into agreements in regards to the border in the Balkans. If we must, we will sign the Treaty of Jerusalem, but only if the Franco-Anglo-Russo Alliance would allow us to do so.

To The Russian Empire
From Austria-Hungary:

Since we have ended the Austrian-Hungarian and Ottoman War, we wish to start a nonaggression pact between us two nations.

To the United Kingdom and France:
From Austria-Hungary:

We deeply regret entering into a war that only your alliance's reason to be there. We deeply know hat we do not want a war. We too know how it feels to be ravaged by war. We now wish to enter into a resolution, in regards to the superiority of the Franco-Anglo-Russo Alliance, and in their foreign affairs. Austria-Hungary have learned the lesson.
