This might help me out in a research project I have. This awesome website has all the data at the State level from 1980 on, but I couldn't find anything at a lower level. Does anyone have access to useful links in that domain?

I think you need to go to the "election archives" of the state election sites.

They usually have historical election reports which also have turnout data for the counties.
