I do remember St. Louis being a hub of TWA. I remember spending a few hours there due to a nasty delay, the longest delay I ever experienced.

Would also be curious to know what people's favorite airport is.  Minneapolis/St. Paul is actually probably the best one I've been to, at least of the American ones.  Gets high marks for the layout, and number of dining/entertainment options for an airport that size.

I have a lay-over there in June. Any interesting ethnic dining options I can get quickly?

DFW is my favorite. I am in it quite a bit for layovers, and although it has five terminals, the SkyLink makes it incredibly easy to get around quickly, and if you're in one of the older terminals (the A Terminal seems to be the most lacking in terms of accoutrements), you can usually zip over to a better-stocked one like D in a matter of minutes. It's great for tight connections, too.

JFK and Orlando. That's it.

Everywhere else I've been internationally has been via rail or coach.

*Oh, and Heathrow and Gatwick.

Minneapolis (ground only -- I drove to Minneapolis, my mom didn't want to road trip, so she flew and I picked her up there)

Good point - do pickups/dropoffs of other people count?

If so, I'd add Moncton, New Brunswick, to my list.
