Decimals, but it's a poll of a race that's been pretty quiet lately.

Given the large pool of undecideds (35%) They'd need to all vote against Graham to be a concern.  Between those who do vote for him, and those who simply end up not voting, this poll shouldn't cause Graham excessive concern, tho he will need to take his primary seriously instead of simply blowing it off.
