The favorability/unfavorability #s are:

Corbett 38/46
McCord 13/8
Schwartz 20/13
Hanger 8/6
McGinty 11/6
Wolf 42/9
Wagner 21/11

So Wolf just has notably higher name recognition than any of the other Dems.  If the other candidates are able to put more ads on the air, then they'll start doing better too.
