Both of them are massive HPs. McCrory is probably slightly better; if he wasn't forced to play ball with the nutters in the NCGA, he wouldn't have done as much crazy stuff.

Haslauer is extremely "meh", back-stabbing and a liar. On the other hand the Conservative-Green state coalition works surprisingly well so far and, contrary to the national ÖVP, he has come out in favour of a wealth tax and a comprehensive, all-day school form (which is usually a Social Democratic policy).

Kathleen Wynne is fairly decent everything considered and her policies aren't too bad given circumstances; and at any rate she's much better than Hudak the far-right lunatic (but I think that a pile of crap is miles better than him too, so...)
