Yeah, seems kind of strange he leads Treadwell (with a 33-31 favorability) by 6 points, but only leads Palin (39-55 favorability) by 4...

Most undecideds are folks who say they voted for Romney.

I think this is going to be tough for Begich - his approvals aren't that great here and it's going to be pretty easy to tie him to Obama, who has poor numbers in the state. While I don't know a lot about either, Treadwell and Sullivan don't strike me as types to run a disastrous campaign.

At this point, I'd put my money on the Republican nominee.

Eliminate the possibility of a Miller nomination and Begich is fighting for his life. (And Palin is only down 4?? No way!)

I'd never vote Palin any way, but I have a feeling it's a lot easier to vote for her in a poll than on a ballot.
