It's been quite established here that the American Upper Midwest is one such region. What are some others?

Two obvious areas that come to mind are the urban parts of Germany and Anglophone Canada. And probably Brazil too.

West Coast of the US except in some pockets of Asians and Hispanics. Same with urban areas on the East Coast.
