1st: Massive freedom amendment. Could be rephrased a bit, but by all measures the most important of the ten.

2nd: Awful, would have been repealed decades ago if the US were a serious country.

3rd: Mostly useless by now, but good nonetheless.

4th: FA

5th: FA

6th: FA

7th: Meh, don't really see the point to it.

8th: FA, though it should be more precise.

9th: Empty, meaningless bullsh*t.

10th: Awful for its utilization in favor of "States rights".

10th: Awful for its utilization in favor of "States rights".

That's an abusive misinterpretation of it that was used. All it really does is clarify some ambiguity from earlier in the Constitution.

Freedom amendments to all of them.

Which is surprising, actually. Given how much the liberals and conservatives detest the Constitution.

1-9 are FAs, voted HA for the 10th amendment, but I'm more neutral about it...

You'd make a great executive politician.

Either way, they're all good in my book, with the exception of the 7th, which I honestly can't see the point of. Also, I find great humor(or possibly tragedy) in all of these Democratic and Green posters advocating for the repeal of the 10th when they would be cheering its use in the instance of, say, a Democratic state defying Republican federal law.

A good proportion of them - at least three - are so of vague and full ambiguous clauses that they could literally mean anything.

Voted Freedom for all but Seventh and Eighth; Seventh merely out of protest that it hasn't been applied to states, Eighth because it's really vague and weird and seems like its key tenets are already covered between the Sixth and Ninth.

10th is of course horrible, abstained from voting on 2nd*, rest are freedom.

*The intention behind the 2nd is indeed freedom, but that must be weighed against its severe misuse in American life today.

The First is (maybe) even worse than the Second!
