The counties of Bergen, Camden, Cape May, Hudson, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset, and Sussex have released their results. The municipal results for the Senate special election in New Jersey took three weeks for NJelections.org to release. I would expect the same for the gubernatorial election. I have rendered a map for the Senate election, but not the gubernatorial election, to tide you over.

About 2-3 hours. I was able to do it within the same day. The most time-consuming step was making sure the election data completely joined with the ArcMap data.
Still waiting for the gubernatorial results by municipality to come out.
