Why should anyone here care about technical trouble on the ObamaCare, let alone enough to change their opinion of Obama based on it?

I'll admit, it's probably a small number, but ... there are certain people out there reading the newspapers and articles about Obamacare and it could re-inforce their lowered opinion of Obama because of what they've read about the NSA-related stuff already. Probably well-off CDU/CSU-FDP-AfD types.
