The most unequivocal, adamant, unshakable "no" vote humanly possible (not a boss-serving plutocrat).

Any Democrat voting 'Yea' should immediately switch their avatar to 'R'. Either those guys are Democrats or I'm not, because this is literally the most pivotal piece of legislation post-New Deal that has influenced American society, and not in a good way.

What pisses me off just as much is the fact that Democrats never talk about repealing it.  Heck, most people have never heard of it, as far as I can tell.  And lack of knowledge of the law only helps to perpetuate it.  If only the Democrats would even so much as TALK about it, they could seriously change the political discourse on the subject.

Marginal Yea.  The Act includes a number of provisions that need repealing or revising, but it also contains some badly needed reforms to labor law to enable the government to intervene when a dispute threatens the economic well being of more than just the principals involved.

Congress is too right-wing to consider it.

Nay. I'm not in favor of tightly regulating unions, especially not at the federal level.

It's honestly astounding that no Democrat has tried to frame the act as "government unfairly regulating business", since technically, private sector unions are part of business.

you and i both know that nowadays whether or not someone is a democrat has more to do with a) if they're brown and b) how they feel about gays, polar bears, pot or wire hangers if they're not brown.

If I wasn't brown, I probably wouldn't have a red avatar.

Nay because I don't believe in modern feudalism.
