Not a chance in hell, the state has no patience for big government socons. We just elected Jerry Brown twice by huge margins, and this was in midterms.

Get a good turnout as presidential elections are, he's lose every coastal county, probably lose half the central valley.

He'd probably be down there with Barry Goldwater when it's all said and done.
