As it should be - nothing will ever be done if you put out fifty different selections.

I agree to the extent that if an adequately accurate measure of support is to be attained, then such is necessary. But pushing all the undecideds though might work contrary to that goal.

The Dakotas are not "Pacific" I think the West is fine.

Is Utah "Pacific"? Is Idaho? Is Arizona? As Sbane correctly points out, the majority of the population will be on the Pacific coast.
No, No, and No. Look I understand the majority of the presumed population (because people might move after consolidation) lives on the coast, but I still feel like something like West or Pacific West could work.
