CARCA, the Convention for Agreement on Regional Consolidation in Atlasia, recently approved this map. Would you support it?

Yes, I would have prefered Minnesota and Iowa in the new West region, but that's all.

Somewhere in between options 1 and 3. I oppose consolidation, but IF we do consolidate I can live with this map.

Definitely, though I would ideally favor a map with no regions.

Support with very tempered enthusiasm. I don't want to see a big net loss of offices, and one reason why I like Duke's plan is it seeks to compensate for that by creating a two-tiered federal government.

Yes.  And it might be advantageous (given the new map) to change the names of our regions to the West, the North, and the South.

No. If the current regions are dissolved the game will lose a great deal of diversity and I will leave.

The Pacific, IDS, and Northeast don't get split up, and the Midwest only loses a couple states? Not crazy about that.

It's a good map, but I don't think we should be pushing for cutting the regions out of the process entirely, which is what a lot of members of the CARCA seem intent on doing.

I'd support it if we keep the names of the new regions as the Pacific, Northeast and South. The "West" is an awful name.

Why don't you want to be a part of the wild wild west?

I like this map and would support keeping the name of the western region as the Pacific.

The Dakotas are not "Pacific" I think the West is fine.

Most of the population will be on the Pacific coast though.

Now all the regions can theme-name their offices!

Is Utah "Pacific"? Is Idaho? Is Arizona? As Sbane correctly points out, the majority of the population will be on the Pacific coast.

The closest description would be unsure both on the map and in general so I defaulted to three.

Some really tight options in this poll.

As it should be - nothing will ever be done if you put out fifty different selections.

And Jesus Christ - I knew CARCA would be a success if followed through with, but never did I imagine 66% support from nearly 50 voters! Fabulous!
